Soumya, and Vicky, co-founders of Poised here. We are excited to announce the launch of Poised 2.0, an AI feedback tool for your best meetings yet. Our mission is to help professionals from various fields communicate more effectively and break down the professional barriers that exist due to the way we communicate.
Personally, as a non-native English speaker and engineer, I experienced the growing importance of being effective in meetings as I took up leadership roles, but I didn’t see many options to help me. When leaving old jobs, I asked my managers what I could have done better, and it was always about communication - but that feedback felt too late.
After months of building and acting on beta-user feedback, we’re proud to share the new Poised with you today! We hope it will help you overcome the barriers in the workplace and improve your communication like it did for us.
