Pogosh CDS
Traceable clinical decision support, built for the workflow
Pogosh is built for the moment a clinician knows something is wrong but is not sure what comes next. Which specialist? How urgently? CT with contrast or without? What has already been done—and what is still missing? Pogosh reads the chart, surfaces the next clinical steps and reasoning, and helps draft the note. It supports decisions across 40+ specialties through a browser tool or JSON API. The same clinical engine also powers case-based learning at crusader.pogosh.com.
Hi Product Hunt—I’m Pouyan Golshani, a practicing interventional radiologist and the founder of GigHz.
I built Pogosh for a feeling almost every clinician knows:
You know enough to be concerned. You may not know the next move.
A resident sees a patient with flank pain and has to decide: CT with contrast or without?
A physician knows a patient needs help but isn’t sure which specialist should see them—or how urgently.
Sometimes the answer is already buried in yesterday’s imaging, an abnormal lab, or a note no one had time to reread.
These aren’t failures of intelligence. They’re the moments when medicine leaves someone alone with a consequential decision.
Pogosh reads the chart first. It sees what has already been done and surfaces what could change the next step: the right labs, the right imaging, the right clinical route, and the reasoning behind each suggestion.
Then it drafts the note—because the work doesn’t end when the decision is made.
Pogosh supports clinical work across more than 40 specialties. But breadth isn’t the point.
The point is helping clinicians see the signal sooner without surrendering their judgment.
The same clinical engine also powers Clinical Crusader, where premeds, medical students, and residents work through cases, choose tests, commit to diagnoses, and learn from the consequences.

I’d especially value feedback from clinicians, trainees, educators, and EHR builders:
Where do you feel the most uncertainty between knowing something is wrong and knowing what to do next?
