PM OS
Upload a SOW. Get a complete project plan with AI.
Stop writing project plans manually. PM OS turns your Statement of Work into a PRD, user stories, resource plan, and sprint plan — delivered as ready-to-share Google Docs and Sheets.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
Let me tell you how PM OS actually started.
It was 11 PM on a Tuesday. I had just gotten off a call with a client who had sent over a 28-page Statement of Work and needed the full project plan — PRD, user stories, resource allocation, sprint schedule — ready by Thursday morning.
I opened a blank Google Doc and stared at it for a few minutes.
Then I started writing. Section by section. Requirement by requirement. I was copy-pasting chunks from the SOW, rewriting them into user stories, estimating sprint hours, assigning resources — doing the same thing I had done on the last project, and the one before that, and the one before that.
I finished at 2:47 AM.
The plan was good. But I had just spent almost four hours doing work that was essentially the same process every single time — just with different content. There was nothing creative about it. Nothing that required my actual judgment as a project manager. It was just translation work. SOW in. Documents out.
That night I wrote a note to myself: this should be a single upload.
That's PM OS.
You upload your Statement of Work — PDF, DOC, or DOCX — and the AI reads every requirement, maps every feature, and generates:
✅ A full PRD — scope, assumptions, constraints, executive summary
✅ User stories — mapped directly from your requirements, organized by feature
✅ A resource plan — team structure and hours allocated by sprint
✅ A day-by-day sprint plan — tasks, owners, dates, and priority
Everything lands in your Google Docs and Sheets as shareable links you can send to your team immediately.
No templates to fill. No formatting to fix. No 2 AM sessions rewriting a SOW into something your dev team can actually use.
I built this for every PM, agency owner, and dev team lead who has ever looked at a client SOW and felt that familiar sinking feeling — here we go again.
If that's you, PM OS is free to try. I'd genuinely love your feedback, your questions, and your honest criticism — that's the only way this gets better.
Thanks for being here on launch day. It means more than you know. 🙏
Regards
Manoj Yadav
