PlumPDF is a collection of free PDF and image tools that run entirely in the web browser. When you merge, split, compress or convert a file, the work happens on your own device. The file is never uploaded to a server, so there is nothing for us to store, leak or delete later.
There is no account to create, no watermark on the output and no daily task limit. After your first visit the tools also work offline. Under the hood PlumPDF uses open-source libraries, including pdf-lib and pdf.js.
You can combine, split, rotate, reorder, delete and extract pages, turn images and text into PDF, turn PDF pages into images or text, compress PDFs, sign them with a visual signature, make scanned PDFs searchable with OCR, and add or remove password protection. Image tools cover conversion, compression, resizing, cropping and rotating.
Limits exist because your browser's memory is the ceiling: for example 100 MB per PDF, and 200 pages for PDF to image. Word, Excel and PowerPoint conversion is not supported.
