We're getting married soon. Every tool we tried assumed one person plans the wedding and the other shows up... or it was extremely confusing.
The Knot is a magazine that sells ads. Zola is a registry with a guest list stapled on. Google Sheets works until your partner edits the wrong tab and you lose the florist's quote.
Plume started as the thing we needed: one app where both of us see the same guest list, same budget, same seating chart, same vendor conversations — live, on any device. I literally designed it as we began planning. Every issue we ran into, I built into Plume personally.
The #1 feature, imo: your wedding gets its own email address. We gave ours to every vendor. Their invoices, contracts, and "just following up!" emails land in Plume as threaded conversations. Both of us can read them. Neither of us has to forward anything. Vendors, Bridal Party, Planners, Family, everyone can message eachother inside Plume.
#2 fav feature, imo: Add your guests, then send them the unified link and have them fill out their mailing address, plus one details, dietary needs, etc.
We use it every day. It's not done yet... but we're adding new stuff as more couples tell us what they need.
