Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built PLens after repeatedly standing in stores abroad, looking at unfamiliar packaging and wondering what I was actually about to buy.
Translation apps can translate individual words, but that often isn’t enough. A product label contains ingredients, claims, warnings, quantities, and category-specific details—and the important information changes depending on whether you’re looking at milk, toothpaste, detergent, or something else.
PLens turns that packaging into a clear product explanation:

PLens is designed for travelers, expats, international students, and anyone shopping somewhere they don’t fully understand the local language.
