Plannr.do
Tasks, habits, money and notes, your whole life in one app
Most people run their life across a dozen apps that don't talk to each other. Plannr replaces them with one: tasks, calendar, habits, money, notes, goals and journaling in a single private place. You capture in plain language — "coffee 4.50", "gym tomorrow 7am" — and it files the entry for you.
Hey PH 👋
I built Plannr because I was running my life across eleven apps and none of them talked
to each other. Todoist for tasks, a spreadsheet for money, Notes for everything else,
a habit app I opened twice. The switching cost was the real tax — not the subscriptions.
So Plannr is one app with 21 of those things in it: tasks, calendar, habits, a proper
financial ledger, linked notes, journal, goals, reading, people you keep meaning to text.
The part I'm proudest of is capture. You type "coffee 4.50" and it becomes a transaction
in the right category. "gym tomorrow 7am" becomes a calendar entry. No forms, no picking
a section first. That's the thing that made me actually keep using it.
It's end-to-end encrypted, no ads, and I don't sell or train on your data.
Happy to answer anything, especially if you think consolidating is the wrong idea. I'm
genuinely curious where people think the line is between "one app" and "too much app".
