I built PicUplift because every "free" image converter I tried either uploaded my photos to a server, capped file sizes, or watermarked the output.

- 100% local processing (WebAssembly) — photos never leave your device
- No signup, no file-size caps, no conversion quotas
- HEIC → JPG/PNG, WebP → PNG, and image compression with real size comparison
