Social photography app through which you can share & earn
Pictier is an pseudonymous social photography app, where users can share and view photography and earn rewards for the content they post. Photos can be sold as stock photos, or turned in to NFTs and earn rewards when their photos get liked.
Hi all,
Quite a while ago a few friends launched their social photography app Pictier in Japan. I have been helping them to add English support to the app and get this to a wider audience with people around the world. In Japan there is now a fairly good user base of a few thousand monthly active users and we're seeing some initial users from around the world join, and we'd like to share our progress with the world through Product Hunt.
The biggest update we have done so far enables users to earn rewards for posting their pictures in two different ways. First is the stock photo market, where other users or companies can buy the photos you post as stock photos, earning them the right to use the photo outside of Pictier. The second is through an NFT that turns your photo into a piece of art, and you will be rewarded for any likes your photos get, indefinitely. We hope that through these features we can reach a wider audience and get people in many different countries to join and share their photography of local scenery and sights while traveling. Let's all connect through photography!
We'd love to hear your feedback, and if this is a product you like we would appreciate it if you could share either the Producthunt page or an invitation code from the app to your friends and family.
Look forward to hearing everyone's feedback, don't hesitate to reach out for any questions or suggestions!

Who hunted Pictier?
Pictier was hunted by Arco Oliemans. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
