Hey Product Hunt community, I'm Jonny, the maker of PicLooks Avatars π
Iβm a UI/UX designer, and I made this resource because through my career Iβve spent hours and hours trying to find decent profile pictures to use in my mockups.
β Most stock photos are look overly polished.
NO NORMAL PERSON uses these sort of photos on apps.
β You canβt use actual UGC
Because you donβt have the rights from the people in the photos.
Playing with Midjourney, I saw a way to solve my problem. Though most people are creating art, or photos that look like professional photography, I found it was just as good at creating the imperfect, realistic photos that real people use as their avatars. The avatars Iβve created:
