Pickclip

Clipboard manager and dictation that uses Apple Intelligence

Pickclip is a smart clipboard manager with powerful dictation that runs on your Mac and uses Apple Intelligence. Copy text in any app — or hold ⌥⇧D and just talk — and a popup appears at your cursor: translate, fix, and more right on your Mac. Every copy, and any transcript you keep, lands in a private, searchable history.

Top comment

Hi everyone, my name is James Horey and I'm the author of Pickclip. I wrote Pickclip because I wanted a simple tool to help me manage my clipboard history and to automate common actions related to the clipboard. For example, dictating thoughts and running follow-up actions (e.g., translation, fixing up mistakes). I also didn't want another subscription, so Pickclip runs locally on your Mac and actively takes advantage of Apple Intelligence and supplements with lightweight models that it runs on your machine. Everything stays private and no data is uploaded/shared with anyone. The app does have a 14-day trial (and then a one-time fee of $10), but since we're early I'm happy to waive the fee for feedback & reviews. Just follow/DM me on X.com (https://x.com/james_horey) and I'll send over a license key once your trial is done!

Who hunted Pickclip?

Pickclip was hunted by James Horey. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
