I built PhotoToSticker because most sticker makers blur two different jobs: making one quick transparent sticker and generating a consistent reaction pack. The instant path runs locally in the browser and needs no account. When someone wants a full pack, one photo becomes 16 expressions with separate WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord exports. I would especially value feedback on whether the instant-to-pack boundary is clear and which export workflow still feels cumbersome.
