PhotoAny is a Windows reference-image and image-workflow tool with drag-and-drop, paste, screenshot and web import, floating desktop images, a local asset library, image editing, background removal, OCR, text boxes, line art, palettes, and image-to-SVG conversion.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I built PhotoAny because working with reference images is surprisingly inconvenient, especially when you are using Photoshop or another creative application without a second monitor.
PhotoAny lets artists and designers keep individual reference images floating above their workspace. Images can be resized, rotated, flipped, hidden, made transparent, or set to mouse pass-through without interrupting the creative process.
The latest version also includes:
• Browser-to-desktop image import
• Local image and workspace organization
• OCR and background removal
• Palette extraction and line-art generation
• Screenshot capture and image format conversion
PhotoAny runs on Windows and stores imported images and workspace data locally by default. It includes a seven-day free trial and is available as a one-time purchase.
I would especially love feedback from artists, designers, illustrators, and anyone who regularly works with visual references. What part of your current reference-image workflow feels the most inconvenient?
