What began as an emergency vet discovery tool evolved into a broader platform to modernize how pet owners connect with veterinary care overall. The biggest learning during the process was realizing that accessibility and trust matter more than feature overload. Instead of trying to build everything immediately, I focused first on helping people find the right care fast, especially in urgent situations.
