I’ve open-sourced a new project: the Persona Creation Framework.
It’s a repository-based process for building coherent fictional and AI-assisted personas—from the initial concept through identity, voice, public strategy, launch, and ongoing continuity.
The framework keeps the human in control of canon, tracks unresolved decisions, and works with Codex or another repository-aware AI assistant. No API key required.
I originally developed it while working on several of my own characters, then separated the reusable framework into a clean public repository.
