Persi
The guilt-free habit tracker. No subscription, no account
Persi is a habit tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch where missing a day doesn't break your streak: each habit gets a few days of slack. One tap to log, widgets, timed sessions, Siri, iCloud sync with no account. 7 days free, then pay once. No subscription.
I've tried a lot of habit trackers, and they all end the same way for me: I miss one day, the streak goes back to zero, and a week later I've stopped opening the app. Life happens (a trip, a cold, a crazy Tuesday), and the tool that was supposed to help me build a habit ends up making me feel guilty about it.
So I built Persi around one idea: missing a day isn't failing the habit.
What makes it different:
• Forgiving streaks. Daily habits can go 1 to 3 days in a row without a log and keep their streak (you choose how many). Weekly, monthly and yearly habits can miss a whole period. Or make it strict, if that's your thing.
• Missing looks gray, never red. No guilt trips.
• One tap to log. The + adds a step (a glass of water, 10 minutes of reading, a workout) and the − takes it back.
• Goals that fit real life: "3 times a week", "2,000 ml a day", "12 books a year", weekdays only.
• Interactive widgets, Lock Screen, Control Center and Siri, so you can log without opening the app.
• Timed sessions for things like meditating or reading: a timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island that logs the minutes for you when you're done.
• An Apple Watch app: log from your wrist with a tap (or a double tap), pick the amount with the Digital Crown, see your day in complications and the Smart Stack, and run timed sessions right there.
• No account and no servers. Your data lives on your device and in your private iCloud, and you can export it anytime.
• No subscription. 7 days free, then a one-time purchase.
It's fully native on iPhone and Apple Watch (SwiftUI + SwiftData + CloudKit), and I spent a lot of time on the small stuff: springs, haptics, VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and dark mode.
🎁 Launch offer: for October, Persi for Life is just $6.99!
I'd love to hear from you: how do you deal with the days you miss? And what's the one thing that made you quit a habit app before?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏

Who hunted Persi?
Persi was hunted by Tomás Frechou. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
