perpHect

AI hydration coaching that adapts to your day, not averages

perpHect is an AI-powered hydration coaching app for iPhone. Every morning it calculates your personalised daily water target based on your body stats, sleep quality, stress levels, planned activity, and live weather. It then coaches you through hitting that target with smart adaptive reminders, three structured daily check-ins, Apple Health integration for real-time activity syncing, and weekly AI behavioural insights — helping you build lasting hydration habits, not just track glasses.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Manish — solo founder, based in London, building perpHect alongside a full-time 9-5. The idea started from something simple. I'd open every water tracking app I could find and they all gave me the same thing: a flat number. "Drink 2 litres." Same target whether I'd slept 4 hours or 9, whether it was 12°C or 30°C outside, whether I had a heavy gym session planned or a day at a desk. That never made sense to me. My body doesn't work off averages, so why should my hydration target? So I built perpHect — an AI hydration coaching app that actually adapts. Every morning you do a quick check-in covering sleep, stress, energy and planned activity. perpHect pulls in live weather too, and connects with Apple Health to pull in real-time activity data — so if you go for a run or your step count spikes, your hydration target updates accordingly. All of that feeds into your personalised daily target, and your AI coach adjusts it through the day as things change. I'm not a developer. I built this using AI tools, a huge amount of trial and error, and a refusal togive up after Apple rejected the app five times before it finally went live on 31 May 2026. If you've ever felt like hydration apps treat you like a number instead of a person, I built this for you. Would love to hear what you think — I read and reply to everything personally.
