Periscope
A native, GPU-accelerated Kubernetes console
A native Kubernetes console. Ten thousand pods, sixty frames a second. No account, no telemetry, no credentials on disk.
I built Periscope because traditional k8s GUIs were taking too much memory on my work machine. I tried Lens, OpenLens; even k9s was a bit laggy. Aptakube peaked my interest but I didn't want to pay for the tool.
Periscope is designed to be developer friendly. It's a fast and efficient native app and unlike Lens there is no login needed. It's also safe to use at work or in secure environments as there is no telemetry, no phone-home, no crash reporting.
Periscope will always be free and open-source.

Periscope was hunted by Abdul Khan. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
