Peridot
The searchable memory of everything your customers said
The most valuable thing in research is face to face time with your customers. Everything after that is an artifact AI can produce in minutes. That's the bet behind Peridot. We don't automate the conversation, we automate everything around it. No synthetic users. No AI-moderated interviews. You talk to your customers, and we turn what they said into a searchable, modifiable feedback repository your whole team can use.
I've spent the last six years as a product designer sitting in user interviews. Talking to users was always my favorite part because that's really where you understood what you were building towards.
The hard part was every after the interviews. I was wasting days rewatching interviews, refining my notes, and searching for patterns. By the time I was done reviewing my work, we had already moved on to a completely different product initiative.
This is why I decided to build Peridot. It's as simple as dropping in your user interview recordings and automatically turning them into insights you can search and takes notes on.
Everything in Peridot points back to a moment that was said by the user, so you can trust that you're walking away with real evidence you can act on.

Who hunted Peridot?
Peridot was hunted by Martin Tejeda. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
