Pekto
Create presentations & carousels with AI
Pekto turns ideas, articles, reports, PDFs, research, briefs, and long-form content into editable interactive presentations and carousels with AI. Think Cursor for slides but better.
A few months ago I noticed every deck and carousel in my feed looked the same: same gradients, same layouts, same “Key Insights” slide. I looked to my left and saw Gamma. I looked to my right and saw Gamma.
So I tried it. Honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype for me. It felt laggy, and I spent more time fighting rigid templates than telling my story. I tried a few other AI presentation tools too. They all got me about halfway there, with a design that screamed “made by AI.”
That’s why I built Pekto: to cure AI slop in presentations, and to make creating and publishing carousels take minutes instead of hours.
Here’s what it does: → Give it a brief, a PDF, a link or rough notes. Pekto reads it, plans the story (hook, key points, stats, takeaway) and builds slides around your content instead of a template. → It makes decks that look like a real human designer made them. Don’t believe us? Try our templates. → It makes LinkedIn and Instagram carousels too, → Every slide stays fully editable, and you can ask the AI to rewrite or rebuild any slide. → Paste your website and it sets up your brand kit: colors, logos and fonts. → You can embed live YouTube, Figma, Loom, Notion and more. → Schedule straight to LinkedIn and Instagram, or export to PDF, PNG or PowerPoint.
→ Live blocks make your presentations interactive, because the future of presentations isn’t a static template. Pick from our library of blocks, generate a brand-new one from scratch, or embed live YouTube, Figma, Loom, Notion and more. → Pekto works over MCP and has an API, so you can create decks from Claude, your own tools, or wherever you already work. Whatever you want to show in a presentation, Pekto has it.
I’d love your honest feedback, especially the brutal kind. What makes you close an AI deck tool after five minutes? 👇
