Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Siddhant, co-founder of PeakRoutine.

Two years ago, I was diagnosed pre-diabetic at 32.

I had an Apple Watch, a mountain of health data, and still no real understanding of what any of it meant for how I was actually living. Everyone tells you to fix your diet and hit the gym, but for me, the root cause was different: poor sleep was quietly destroying my metabolic health.

That was the frustrating truth I kept coming back to:

That gap became PeakRoutine.

The Problem : Dashboards Don't Drive Change

Knowing your sleep score dropped doesn't make you sleep. Seeing your stress climb doesn't bring it down. What I needed was something that could connect the dots — something that told me my five hours of average sleep wasn’t just a bad habit, it was actively impacting my recovery, energy, and metabolic health.

No app did that. So we built PeakRoutine.

Biology-Aware Habits

Instead of handing you another generic dashboard, our habit engine asks one question: Given where your body is right now, what habits are worth reinforcing today?

  • 6 Actionable AI Coaches: Ask anything about your sleep, recovery, or why you've been dragging this week, and get answers grounded in your full biological picture.

  • Habit Engine & Streaks: We focus entirely on biology-aware daily consistency through streak tracking and adaptive accountability loops. We're launching with a strong core today, but there is a lot more development coming to this engine very soon.

Why Now? (And What's Next)

We recently became new parents, which has a way of making you ruthlessly serious about your long-term health. You stop optimizing for today and start thinking in decades. It also showed us how differently health shows up depending on your season of life. Women's health and parent-specific experiences along with enhancements in habit engine are next on our roadmap—because we've lived the gap firsthand.
