I built PDFem because I kept running into the same tiny file chores over and over: merge a PDF, compress an image, turn a document into PDF, pull something back out of a PDF. Most tools either felt cluttered, pushed signups too early or split everything across separate sites. So I wanted PDFem to be simple. Open the tool, upload the file, get the result. No account, no extra steps. It now has 32 PDF, image and document tools and I’m still polishing it based on real world use. If you try it, I’d genuinely love to hear which tool you used and what felt confusing or useful.
