It's a hybrid, and I want to be upfront: 11 of the 24 tools run 100% in your browser (merge, split, rotate, watermark, images↔PDF, PDF→Markdown, and more) — the file never leaves your device. Turn off your wifi after the page loads and they still work. The other 13 (PDF ↔ Word/Excel/PPT) need a server for accurate formatting; those are encrypted, processed in memory, and deleted right after.
Free, no signup, 8 languages. I'm here all day — bug reports are more useful to me than upvotes.
