One distinction matters: placing an APPROVED image on a page is a visual change, not verification of who approved it. The stamping tool is intended for document preparation and review copies. You can try the tools with a sample file. I would welcome feedback on whether the preview makes page selection and stamp placement clear, especially when a document mixes portrait and landscape pages.
