Hey Product Hunt! Solo developer here.
This started as a dead "chat with your PDF" project. I rebuilt it around one belief: you shouldn't have to upload a contract, an ID scan, or a medical report to a stranger's server just to merge or compress it.
So every tool runs client-side — the file stays on your device, and you can watch the network tab to confirm. 30+ tools: the classics (merge, split, compress-to-exact-size, all the Office converters), the sensitive ones (true redaction that burns text out of the page, signing, unlock/protect), and some developer treats (PDF → Markdown, PDF → JSON for LLM pipelines).
The unusual part: every tool page states its honest limitations. OCR discloses that it downloads a ~15MB engine to your browser. Office conversions promise content, not pixel-perfect design. Two tools are marked "soon" because I can't do them honestly client-side yet.
Browser tools are free forever — no account, no limits. Native desktop apps will be the paid tier later.
