I built this because I watched too many friends and collaborators eat unpaid invoices. The freelance tool market is fragmented - you need one app for invoices, another for contracts, another for proposals, another for project tracking - and none of them actually help when a client ghosts you.
PayShield is one workspace: proposals auto-flow into contracts, contracts into projects, projects into invoices. The part I'm most proud of is the 5-stage payment escalation - it fires automatically from a friendly nudge all the way to an AI-generated demand letter.
