Stripe deposits are net payouts, but QuickBooks needs the sales, refunds, fees, disputes, and bank settlement to balance. PayoutBridge handles one narrow workflow: import Stripe's itemized automatic-payout CSV, map your existing accounts, preview a balanced journal, and download a QuickBooks CSV. The file is parsed locally and never uploaded. Unsupported reports stop before export, and the full synthetic workflow is free to test.
I built PayoutBridge because a Stripe deposit hides the activity that produced it, while many small businesses and bookkeepers do not need a broad accounting integration.
The product is intentionally narrow. It supports Stripe's documented itemized automatic-payout report in CAD and USD, lets the user choose existing account names, validates every row and the final journal to the cent, and refuses unsupported input. The entire synthetic workflow is free to test and real files can be reviewed before payment.
I would especially value feedback from bookkeepers: does the output fit a recurring client workflow, and which unsupported Stripe report appears most often?
