PayNudge
Polite invoice reminders without the awkward follow-up
PayNudge gives freelancers and small service businesses a calm invoice ledger, review-before-send reminder schedules, delivery history, and automatic stopping when an invoice is paid or paused. New invoices start paused, and a free reminder generator works without an account.
I built PayNudge for small service businesses that know an invoice needs a follow-up but keep postponing the awkward email.
The workflow is deliberately controlled: add or import an invoice, review the exact recipient and reminder copy, activate the schedule, and pause or mark it paid at any time. New invoices start paused, and every delivery attempt stays attached to the invoice.
There is also a free invoice-reminder generator that works without an account. I would especially value feedback from freelancers, agencies, contractors, and bookkeepers on what they need to trust before allowing invoice follow-up to run automatically.

Who hunted PayNudge?
PayNudge was hunted by Ryan Aspinwall. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
