Pattern Coach uses AI to analyze journal entries, identify recurring behavioral patterns, surface blind spots, and provide coaching grounded in your own history and context.
The goal isn't to replace reflection. It's to help make reflection more useful.
I've been building and testing the product with a simple question in mind:
What if we could use AI not just to answer questions, but to help people better understand themselves over time?
