Pathfinder Career Coach
An AI career coach that remembers, built for IT people
Pathfinder Career Coach is an AI career coach for IT professionals and the managers who grow them. Map your next role (IC or management track), find the skills between you and it, and follow a guided learning plan. The Collaboration Scorecard shows how your values and working style shape how you perform in a team. Not a one-off test or a few booked hours: an ongoing conversation with a coach that remembers. EU-hosted private model option. English and Dutch.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm Zoran, one of the makers of Pathfinder Career Coach.
Why we built it: career questions in IT don't show up on a schedule. Should I go for staff engineer or engineering manager? Which skills am I actually missing for the next role? Why does my team keep disagreeing about how decisions get made? A human coach gives you a handful of booked hours. These questions come up every week, and most people never get a structured answer.
What's different:
- Built for IT people: developers, engineers, architects and the managers who grow them
- A coach that remembers: it works from your profile, skills and earlier conversations, not a fresh intro every time
- Skill-gap analysis plus a guided learning plan for the role you want
- The Collaboration Scorecard: a short questionnaire that shows how your values and working style shape how you perform, and how they compare with your teammates
- Privacy choice: a Private coach on our own model hosted in Europe, or a Frontier model
- English and Dutch
You can start in free chat, from your Scorecard results, or by sharing your public LinkedIn URL.
We'd love your honest feedback: what's the career question you'd want an AI coach to help you with first?
