Distributed password manager & only you can access
Similar to the distributed concept of BTC and Web3, all data will be stored in your private iCloud, unique AES256 key and RSA asymmetric encryption is stored in your keychain. It works on iOS and macOS, also support autofill password extension!
Hello, I'm Melo, the founder of PassLock and the sole developer of the product. Yes, I did all the work myself. The reason I developed this product in the first place is because I have a lot of accounts and trying to remember them is a huge hassle, especially when you need to set unique and strong passwords for each of them.PassLock is not just a password manager, it stores all your important information including IDs, bank cards, driver's license. As you know, any app authorized by you can easily read data from your photo album and upload it to their private server. You don't need to worry about the data being leaked, we use a distributed technology similar to BTC and Web3, where everyone has a unique AES256 key and it is stored in your private keychain. It took me about 10 months to polish this product and now it's time to meet you all.
Due to space constraints, I've created a product documentation on Notion about some of the stories that happened to me during development, and of course instructions and technical solutions. I'd like to share it with people on ProductHunt: https://passlock.notion.site/3dc...
