PasaPlay started from a very simple frustration: finding something to watch can take forever.
Between jumping across two or three streaming platforms, digging through catalogs organized however each service wants, and trying to agree on something with other people, choosing a movie sometimes feels like more work than actually watching it. Many times you stick to the same comfort movies or series because finding something new is a total pain.
I originally built this just playing with Codex for me with a solo approach to discover new things. Then I found that it could be fun to add a multiplayer mode (jams) to see what we could watch together at home next weekend. Then it slowly turned into something that I thought might actually be useful to other people too.
So here it is. If you feel like trying it, please do. I’d genuinely love to hear what works, what doesn’t, and what feels confusing.
It’s still very much an early WIP product, especially when it comes to the multiplayer side of things, so feedback there would be particularly useful.
