We built Pareful because becoming a dad is one of the biggest life transitions, but there’s very little support designed specifically for fathers. Most tools are generic or crisis-led, and a lot of dads just don’t engage with them.
Pareful is a father-first mental health and wellbeing platform, combining personalised pathways, daily micro-habits, a stage-matched community, and Toto our 24/7 AI companion.
