Maker here. Built this over a weekend on a bare Node server plus a
tunnel — no framework, no build step.
I kept dying at exactly the 2-minute mark, over and over. Turned out
that's where ranged enemies unlock and damage scaling stacks, so it
wasn't hard, it was unfair at one spot. Moved the unlock back, smoothed
the ramp.
My best is 4:39. A clean run should land around 10-14 min.
