Paqt helps freelancers, contractors, founders, and small businesses understand and compose contracts. Review agreements for risks, obligations, important clauses, and missing protections or compose a contract from scratch.
I built Paqt because I kept running into the same problem:
You receive a contract, open it, start reading… and somewhere around page 4 you're wondering whether you actually understand what you're agreeing to.
Paqt is my attempt to make that part easier.
You can upload a contract and have Paqt:
→ identify potential risks → explain important clauses in plain English → surface obligations and unusual terms → point out protections that may be missing
And there's a second side to it: you can also use Paqt to create contracts when you need one.
I'm especially building this for freelancers, contractors, founders, and small businesses that don't always have a lawyer available for every agreement.
I'd genuinely love feedback from people who deal with contracts regularly.
What would you want Paqt to catch that existing tools don't?
And if you try it, I'd especially like to hear where it gets things wrong, that's probably more useful to me than hearing that everything worked perfectly.
