PageApprove
Click-to-comment feedback for website projects
PageApprove helps freelancers and small agencies collect precise client feedback on staging websites, verify which devices clients reviewed on, and capture formal sign-off before launch. No email chains, no vague screenshots, no revision disputes.
I built PageApprove because I kept running into the same problem on website projects: client feedback was everywhere.
One comment would come through email, another through WhatsApp, another as a screenshot, and then someone would mention something vague on a call like, “Can we change the section near the top?” The problem wasn’t just collecting feedback, it was knowing exactly what page, device, browser, and version the client was looking at.
The bigger issue came right before launch. A client might approve a website on desktop, but later notice something on mobile and suddenly the project feels unfinished again. I wanted a simple way to collect feedback directly on the site, verify that the right devices had been reviewed, and capture a proper sign-off before launch.
The first version of PageApprove started as a basic feedback tool, but the idea evolved into something more focused: not project management, not another bloated agency platform, just a lightweight review and approval workflow for website projects.
The goal became simple:
Help freelancers and small agencies get clearer feedback, reduce back-and-forth, and launch websites with more confidence.

Who hunted PageApprove?
PageApprove was hunted by Bruce Vorster. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
