OXIS
Detect attention drift and app switching in real time.
Most screen time apps tell you what happened after hours are already gone. OXIS focuses on something deeper: attention drift, compulsive app switching, and fragmented digital behavior. The app detects rapid switching patterns in real time and uses awareness-based interventions, cognitive insights, and behavioral reports to help users notice the drift before it turns into another lost session online.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I started building OXIS after noticing something strange about my own phone usage.
Most of the time I wasn’t intentionally wasting time. I’d open my phone to reply to one message or search for something quickly… then suddenly I’d be switching between Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, X, Chrome tabs, messages, and random videos for way longer than I realized.
What bothered me wasn’t just the screen time itself — it was how fragmented my attention started to feel.
A lot of productivity apps focus on blocking distractions, but I wanted to explore something different: awareness.
OXIS tries to detect attention drift and compulsive app switching in real time, then gently surfaces what’s happening before you completely disappear into the loop.
Still very early and still improving it constantly, but excited (and honestly nervous) to finally share it here.
Would genuinely love to hear what people think.

Who hunted OXIS?
OXIS was hunted by Anas Qasem. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
