oxi

The native coding agent for any model

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt! I built oxi because I wanted one fast, native app where I could switch between a local Qwen model and my Claude Code subscription without changing tools. A few things I care about: no Electron (it idles around 110 MB of RAM), no account, and no lock-in: local models, any API, or Claude Code / Codex / Cursor over ACP. The Router can pick a provider per task and fall back when a quota runs out. It's MIT licensed and runs on macOS, Linux and Windows. I'd love to hear what you'd want from a coding agent that you're not getting today.

Who hunted oxi?

oxi was hunted by Emanuel Mazilu. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
