Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built Our Console because my friends and I never had enough controllers for gaming together. The idea is simple: open Our Console on a TV or laptop, scan the QR code with your phone, and your phone becomes the controller. No app to install and no account to create. There are 8 games so far, including 3D racing, 3D football, Snake, trivia, and party games, supporting 1–8 players. One of the biggest technical challenges was input delay. Sending every button press through a server made racing feel sluggish, so I built a direct connection between the phones and the screen over local WiFi to keep controls responsive. Our Console is free and designed for people playing together in the same room.
