I’m Alkan, the creator of Order Tracking System (OTS).
We built OTS because we noticed that local businesses and SMBs are often left out when it comes to enterprise-grade operations software. They are forced to use slow spreadsheets, expensive legacy dashboards, or fragmented tools that don't talk to each other. Kicking off deliveries, checking warehouse stock, and looking up customer debts shouldn't require three different subscriptions.
That's why we built OTS. We wanted to create an incredibly clean, robust, and fast platform that connects your office dashboard to your mobile couriers on the field in real-time.
Our core philosophy was simple:
Make it works beautifully on both Web and Mobile.
Keep the interface extremely simple so anyone can use it without training.
Provide customers with the same "Uber-like" tracking experience for their local orders.
