I'm a solo maker. I work from my desk all day and kept losing focus to my phone — but every "blocker" app I tried, I'd just disable.
So I flipped it: instead of blocking the phone, Oto turns the craving into 30 seconds of movement. It's been weirdly effective for me because I sit way too much.
