Orionfold Relay

Give clients AI work. Keep the data. See the margin.

The AI you rent to run client work can see your client work. Orionfold Relay is the opposite: a free open engine you run yourself. Point it at the models you already use, send every result through your own approval, and watch each client's cost roll up on its own. Nothing leaves your machine. You own it forever.

I built Orionfold Relay because the AI you rent to run your client work can see your client work. Here is the trap: you find a great agent tool, but it phones home, but the people who own that model watch where the value shows up, therefore the more valuable your workflows get, the more exposed you are. You cannot rent judgment from the same place that rents it to your rival. So Relay is the opposite. A free open engine you run yourself: npx orionfold-relay. Point it at the models you already use (local Ollama, Claude, Codex, swappable underneath). Send every result through your own approval. Watch each client's cost roll up on its own. Nothing leaves your machine, you own it forever, and you can verify every network call yourself. What is the first client workflow you would put behind an approval gate, and would you trust a shared model to see it?
