Three years ago, I was deep in burnout, looking for a way out that didn't sound like a LinkedIn post. I wasn't a developer yet. I learned to tell the difference by paying attention to what actually helped me show up versus what just made me feel guilty for not "manifesting harder." I wanted to make those practices easier to access without the wellness clichés and without another horoscope. Building Oriia took longer than I wanted.
