I built Ordo after watching support agents lose minutes on requests that should take seconds — not because the decision was hard, but because the evidence was scattered across Shopify, the helpdesk, and order history.
Ordo pulls that evidence together automatically and hands agents a clear answer to "can I still cancel this" or "is this actually a duplicate order" — before they even open a second tab.
A few things worth knowing:
Ordo doesn't take actions on its own. The agent always approves the final call. We're not trying to remove the human — we're trying to remove the fifteen minutes of digging that comes before the human decides.
It's built specifically for Shopify stores and DTC brands, not general-purpose support.
We're early. I'd rather hear what's wrong with this than have everyone tell me it's great — so if you run a support team, I'd genuinely like your take.
