Hi Product Hunt! I built OrderReady because made-to-order WooCommerce shops (print, embroidery, engraving, personalized gifts) spend a lot of time chasing customers for logos, text and instructions after they have already paid.
The free plugin turns each paid order into a private checklist the customer can fill in without an account. They can save a draft, upload files (stored encrypted on your own hosting) and submit in stages. Your team approves each item or explains exactly what needs to change, and approved items stay locked.
Pro adds automatic reminders that only mention what is still missing, a production queue, and one ZIP with the approved files and a production sheet.
