OrderQuill

Free packing slips & pick lists from order CSVs, in-browser

OrderQuill turns order CSV exports into print-ready packing slips and a consolidated pick list — free, in your browser. Upload a CSV from Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, eBay, Whatnot, or any spreadsheet, map the columns once, and get one slip per order plus a pick list that totals repeated SKUs. Everything runs locally: no account, no uploads. A4/Letter and 4x6 thermal output. Built for small sellers who ship weekly without a warehouse system.

Top comment

We built OrderQuill because packing 20+ orders a week from marketplace CSVs was eating our evenings — copying addresses into a template one box at a time. The tool groups rows by order number, consolidates SKUs into one pick-list walk around the shelves, and prints a slip per box. Free and browser-only, since order data is sensitive: nothing gets uploaded. Would love feedback from other small sellers — what does your packing workflow look like?
