Hey Product Hunt! π I'm Merdo, the solo maker behind Orcylo.
π€ The problem
Activity Monitor shows 700 processes and tells you almost nothing. When my Mac slowed down, I never knew which app was to blame, and once the spike was gone, so was the evidence.
π‘ What I built
Orcylo groups everything into the ~25 apps you actually use, keeps 30 days of history, and alerts you when an app misbehaves. Since I live in Claude Code and Codex all day, it also shows your usage limits right in the menu bar. π€
π οΈ How it evolved
I started with a simple menu bar view of CPU and memory, then realized the real value was history and app-level answers, not more numbers.
