I'm Vivek, one of the founders of Oravaa.
For years I built conversational AI and voicebots for big enterprises — and I kept seeing the same thing. The phone is where businesses quietly lose the most money. Two things we did differently on purpose:

→ Real workflows, not demos. Here's my favorite example. For one logistics client, a single set of voice agents runs their entire phone desk: driver hiring and applicant screening, driver complaints and on-road support, ETA and loaded/empty status updates, breakdown and accident-incident intake, pickup/delivery reference issues, new-customer detail capture for quotes, customer support and shipment queries, and internal staff support.
