OpsRail
The sales-to-dispatch CRM for regional distributors
OpsRail is the distribution operations platform that replaces WhatsApp and Excel — running your business from enquiry to cash with quotations, credit approvals, real-time inventory, dispatch planning, and GST invoicing in one connected system. Built for FMCG, hardware, wholesale, building material, steel, electrical, and industrial distributors — not a generic CRM.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built OpsRail after hearing the same story over and over from people running regional distribution businesses (FMCG, hardware, wholesale): orders scattered across WhatsApp and phone calls, stock tracked on a shared Excel sheet nobody fully trusts, and credit limits remembered rather than enforced. OpsRail is a sales-to-dispatch CRM built specifically for that workflow — a lead becomes a quotation, becomes a sales order, becomes warehouse work and a dispatch, becomes an invoice, all in one system. Territories and roles (Sales, Ops, Warehouse, Accounts, Delivery) are built in from day one, not bolted on later. It's early — I'd genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who runs or has run a distribution/wholesale business. What's the thing about your current process that drives you craziest? That's exactly what I'm trying to fix next.
