Opkivo

Work does not get lost.

Shared inboxes, tasks, and knowledge for small teams who keep work moving. Opkivo turns shared inbox chaos into owned work.

Top comment

We built Opkivo because shared inboxes receive work, but they do not make sure work gets owned, discussed, completed, and remembered. Opkivo is an operational inbox for small teams. It brings shared email inboxes, thread ownership, public and internal communication, linked tasks, standalone tasks, search, and knowledge into one focused workspace. The idea is simple: Work does not get lost. We started with email because it is still where most operational work enters a business. Then we added the structure small teams actually need: one owner per thread, safe internal collaboration, tasks connected to conversations, and knowledge that becomes reusable. We would love feedback from teams still running support through shared inboxes, task lists, and memory. A tragic but common architecture.
